Please request a NIOO-KNAW publication number (by filling in the form below) as soon as a refereed manuscript is accepted for publication and your head of department has approved that your article is a NIOO-KNAW publication. Please note that your article should be officially accepted, not submitted or in preparation.

Please register your publication via Personal Metis and upload your final accepted peer reviewed manuscript to the repository. When you have checked the Sherpa Romeo site for conditions you may be allowed to make it publicly available (open acces).

Registering your article will guarantee that it is automatically added on all NIOO-KNAW publication lists (NIOO-KNAW website, Progress Report, etc.). Before you complete this form, your head of department must have approved your request for a NIOO publication number.

The system will assign a unique NIOO-KNAW publication number to your manuscript. Please mention this number at the end of your article. To prevent problems with the proofs, you can add the sentence "Publication xxxx Netherlands Institute of Ecology (NIOO-KNAW)" in the paper you submit. In this way you do not have to add a whole sentence, you only have to change XXXX in the proofs.
