Datasets

In collaboration with the Flanders Marine Institute (VLIZ) the Netherlands Institute for Ecology (NIOO-KNAW) has developed a Data and Information Portal. The Portal has been developed in order to streamline and organise the data and information managament of the institute.

The Portal consists of:

• The Data Information System, with an extensive metadescription of the datasets available at the NIOO Institute.
• The Data Archiving System, with guidelines on how to describe and archive your data online.
• Information on the training courses 'Data management for scientific data'.
